Who we are
Your data is controlled by WORLD WAY TRADING AND CONTRACTING W.L.L (in Arabic, ورلد واي تريدينغ اند كونتراكتينغ), trading as WORD WAY, commercial registration 176257, State of Qatar. We handle your personal data in line with the personal data privacy law in force in the State of Qatar.
The data we collect
We collect only what you send us yourself:
- The contact form: your name, phone, e-mail and message.
- The quote request form: the same, with your company’s name, the type of request, and the materials or works you need.
- The partnership proposal form: the same, with your country and your company’s website.
To protect the forms from spam, the website keeps a masked form of your device’s IP address for one hour, which does not reveal the address itself, to limit the number of messages sent from it.
Why we use it
We use your data to answer your message, request or proposal, to prepare a quotation, and to follow up the cooperation you ask for. We do not use it for marketing without your consent, and we do not sell it to anyone.
Where it is kept and who sees it
Your message reaches the company’s e-mail, and a copy is kept in the website’s admin. Only the people at the company who answer it see it, together with the hosting provider that runs the website, as far as running it requires. We do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires us to.
If you contact us on WhatsApp, the conversation is also subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as it is needed to answer your request and follow up our business relationship with you, then delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Cookies
The website uses no advertising or analytics cookies. It may store a small technical cookie that remembers the language you chose.
Your rights
You may ask to see the data we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it, and you may withdraw your consent to its use at any time. You may also object to its processing, or file a complaint with the authority responsible for data protection in the State of Qatar.
Protecting your data
We take reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, and access to the website’s admin is limited to authorised people at the company.
